Femme Fatale continues their ‘Romanticism Through the Arts’ series with a polish inspired by Moonrise at Dusk (1890) by Walter Launt Palmer​.
“Moonrise at Dusk” is a sheer, ghostly-green tinged base jelly with prominent luminous blue shimmer. Accented with scattered holographic pigment, and lots of silver reflective glitter.
Base: Sheer jelly.
Finish: Glitter and shimmer.
Glitter: Yes, reflective.
Blurring basecoat recommended? No, but may have soft VNL.
Topcoat recommended? Yes, will dry textured due to glitter.
Coats: 2-3.
